Unfortunately, ours was one that wouldn't accept a homemade donation, which is something I completely understand. We just made a donation of what the shelter could use, most shelters always need items like kitty litter and bagged food. You could even donate your time!

I'm not quite sure Charlotte is old enough to get that Hello and Halo are so similar in sound and spelling, which is why today's joke failed. I happened to think it was quite funny.
